What is Shoulder Blade Dysfunction?
The shoulder blade, or scapula, is the large triangular shaped bone that lies on the upper back. A shoulder blade dysfunction is characterized as an abnormal resting position or abnormal mobility/function of the shoulder blade. The shoulder blade provides support for rotator cuff activation and function.
